Fathead Wall Clings: More than Just Sports

rebeca  Tuesday, December 22, 2009

When I think of Fathead products, I immediately think of huge cutouts of professional sports players clinging to my wall. While I think that’s still rather cool for game-room decor, I never thought much more about it. However, I recently learned that they carry a great deal more than just that. I personally don’t have [...]

Thanks to Gimundo, Good News…Served Daily, we’re able to read about this amazing event called Help Portrait. I [...]

Glyde Makes Buying and Selling Online Safe and Simple

rebeca  Thursday, December 10, 2009

I love making a quick buck by selling old books and movies online, but sometimes it can be a hassle. I have to get the right sized shipping envelope, pack it up and then head to the Post Office or UPS store to get it out. I always have a plan to get that done [...]

Firefox Addon Automatically Checks Prices

rebeca  Friday, December 4, 2009

You know I’m all about saving money whenever possible. Now I’m learning that you can use an addon from Firefox to automatically check prices. I haven’t tested it yet–mostly because I use Chrome as my preferred browser–but I might have to switch browsers to take advantage of this. Click here to read Mashable’s Jennifer Van Grove’s take on it.

“Oh, The Places You’ll Go” End of School-Year Tradition

It’s not too much longer till the school year comes to a close, so I wanted to share this amazing idea I found on…you guessed it…Pinterest. You all know the book Oh, The Places You’ll Go from Dr. Seuss. It’s a great graduation gift. But, Lisa from Lisa’s Workshop suggests grabbing a copy when your kid is young. At the end of each school year, give it to your child’s teacher to sign or write a note. When you’re child graduates (hard to think of!), you’ll have a lovely gift to give him/her. Lisa has even included some lovely tags in her blog post, so make sure to go check it out.
