Follow These Facebook Pages for Great Deals

Lately I’ve been finding a lot of great deals through my facebook news feed, so I thought I point out some good pages to follow:

Baby Cheapskate – I am addicted to this page. Not only do the admins post a number of great deals throughout the day, but followers can also engage in open dialog as well. If you’re looking for a deal or advice on a particular product, post something on the wall and someone is sure to answer. While you’re there, you can also share some of the great deals you’ve found.

Diapers.com / Soap.com – These sites post a discount code on a daily basis. Follow them to see what’s being marked down.

Einstein Bros – Follow this bagel company and get facebook exclusive coupons.

Fandango – Every now and again, they’ll post BOGO deals and offers for free tickets. I just scored one by liking Shop At Home and I’m told the two will be giving away tickets at the end of January too.

Regal Entertainment Group – Follow this movie theater chain to get regular coupons for the concession stand.

“Oh, The Places You’ll Go” End of School-Year Tradition

It’s not too much longer till the school year comes to a close, so I wanted to share this amazing idea I found on…you guessed it…Pinterest. You all know the book Oh, The Places You’ll Go from Dr. Seuss. It’s a great graduation gift. But, Lisa from Lisa’s Workshop suggests grabbing a copy when your kid is young. At the end of each school year, give it to your child’s teacher to sign or write a note. When you’re child graduates (hard to think of!), you’ll have a lovely gift to give him/her. Lisa has even included some lovely tags in her blog post, so make sure to go check it out.
